What is InnerDance? Conscious Trance

An ancient Trance Healing Technique Rediscovered

In inner Dance, participants tap into an Inner Source that builds up energy within the physical and emotional body, starting from the lower three chakras and meeting at the heart chakra as the upper three descend.

Unlike conventional dance, which is brain-coordinated, Inner Dance involves spontaneous movements that surprise the ego and conscious mind. If you aren't awed by your body moving with an ecstatic grace you haven't felt before, you may need to explore deeper inner work and detach from outer reality.

A key distinction of Inner Dance is the crackling sounds and sensations experienced in this altered state of Divine Flow. It reflects the alchemical transformation of darkness within into pure light.
